These terms of use outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Combatscores App.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This website and app are not the product of a company or organisation. This website and app have been produced by an individual as a passion project and are offered to the public free of charge under the agreement that the user understands that while the app and website creator has taken all reasonable care to make the service secure, it has not undergone the kind of stringent testing that it may have if developed by a company or organisation.

By registering for and using the Combatscores app you are accepting these terms of service in full. Do not continue to use the app if you do not accept all of the terms of service stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the our terms of service. "I", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to te creator and administrator of this website and app. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us you will be required to provide an email address, a username and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password private. You should use a unique password that you have not used for any other accounts, either for this app/website, or any other. You must not use a username that you do not have legal permission to use.

Your data

While we take all reasonable measures to keep your data safe, we do not guarantee that breaches will not occur. By using the Combatscores app you understand that your data may be susceptible to breaches and that we are not liable for any damages should this occur.

Who can view the data

The app developers and creators can view your personal account data and any data used to create lists within the app. We reserve the right to do this at any time as a means of monitoring how our app is used.

Using the app

This app IS NOT intended for storing sensitive information. You should never use this app for storing any information that you consider private.

Combatscores is intended for the creation of boxing and mma scorecards only. Should you use the app for any other purposes you do at your own risk.

Community cards

If you score our community cards your scores will be added to the community totals. Community scores are annonymous. No information about you will be made available as a result of scoring a community card.

Our rights

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts, or the app as a whole, at any time. We are not offering a paid product or service and are not entering into any type of contract with our users when they use our app. If at any time it is no longer feasible for us to maintain the app we reserve the right to terminate access in full without notice. As a user of the app you agree to this and understand that we take no responsibility for any loss of information that you were storing in your cards.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time by using the delete account function within the app. When you do so we will delete all personal and non-personal information that we hold in association with your account. Once you begin the delete account process, we will start removing all of your card data immediately. You will not be able retrieve your cards. You can also request that we delete your account for you by contacting us.

By using our website and app you agree to our use of cookies as outlined in our cookie policy. If you do not agree to this you should cease use of our services.
